Choose towns that already bought a case-file system for their social department, because they have shown they spend on this kind of software; see Willing to pay. Their teams are short of staff and losing people, as Why now explains, so an hour saved on every visit is easy to explain. The state grant for social work can pay part of the licence for a town's other social workers, and the state repays the software a child-protection team uses.
- Connect the draft to the case-file systems town halls and care homes already run, starting with the most common one. Caseworkers will not copy text from one app into another, so the approved record has to land in the file they already keep. - Keep the recordings and the drafts on servers in Czechia, and delete each recording once its record is approved. The files hold sensitive data about children and families, so a town hall will ask where the data lives before it asks about the price.
