- Take one named hospital through the open state call, and write its application as part of the deal. The call pays a hospital to change how it keeps its medical documentation, caps what it will fund per provider, and names the providers that may apply; see Willing to pay. It closes this winter and the funded work has to be finished the year after, as Why now shows, so a hospital that wants this has to pick a supplier now. Build to the health ministry's own report specifications, which are listed under Willing to pay, because a funded hospital has to be able to work with them.
- Do not sell the coding step on its own; charge for the report and the registry entry. - Grow the way the German newcomer did, from a handful of pilot hospitals rather than from a national tender.
