- Contact the energy managers of the hospitals and towns that awarded energy-saving renovation contracts this summer, and offer to rank the rest of their buildings. They hold many buildings and already pay firms to renovate some of them; see Willing to pay. Public owners like them already pay consultants to rank buildings by hand, so price against that study. Start with the region whose three hospitals awarded theirs in the same week.
- Open each conversation with the deadline the owner does not have yet: the Czech law for the EU building rules is overdue. It will arrive compressed, and the EU has already opened proceedings against Czechia; see Why now. When the law lands, its duties on automation, renovation passports and solar readiness will come with less notice than surveying many buildings takes. A ranking done now is ready when they do.
