- What this shows
- The dated rules and events that push buyers to act, soonest first.

- A dated rule turns “nice to have” into “must buy by”, and tells you how long the window stays open.
- How to read the score
- 3/3 means an enacted rule binds these buyers within 18 months and names a penalty. Without a named penalty it is 2/3. A draft law, a rule on someone else, or a date further out is 1/3.

Used by Škoda and Notino, Ringil sells four modules — transport management, delivery notification, time slots and yard management — to manufacturers and retailers, that is to the shipper, and headlines itself as a system for running logistics inside producing and selling firms. Hauliers get in free ("Zveme do Ringilu všechny dopravce našich zákazníků. Máte přístup zdarma"): an inbox of transport requests (RFQ), one-click bidding, a record of that one shipper's transports and a driver app — a counterparty portal rather than a haulier's own back office, with no dispatch across the haulier's whole book, no delivery notes feeding its invoicing, no invoicing and no factoring; Ringil s.r.o. has traded since May 2020.
It gives dispatchers a live board, lets drivers scan delivery papers into the load from the cab, and raises the invoice itself from the recorded kilometres and weight, then e-mails it with the transport papers attached.Market checktruckmanager.euTruckManager, read on its own pages (another site)The Czech product the earlier sweep filed as legacy turns out to raise the invoice itself from the recorded kilometres and to take delivery-note scans from the cab, on 700+ transport firms — a working Czech haulier back office, sold to the same small hauliers. Execution difficulty
3/3 · Easy
Makes it easier
- Hauliers buy per truck out of their own money.
- No licence is needed.
- The product reads documents and writes into the dispatcher's own planning tool.
Makes it harder
- One Czech product has sold this back office to small hauliers since 2007.
- It already scans papers from the cab and raises invoices itself.

About this section
- What this shows
- What stands between you and the first sale: who buys, what permission selling needs, what it must plug into, and whether it needs outside money.
- Why it matters to a builder
- It tells you whether a small team can start selling soon, or needs a licence, a certification or funding first.
- How to read the score
- More points mean easier to enter: 3/3 is easy, 0/3 very hard. It is not added to the Opportunity total, and local competition does not count here: that is Market gap.

Suggested first moves
- Sit with five dispatchers at small trucking firms for a week, and log every call, delivery paper and invoice they handle.
- Build the part that reads a delivered load's delivery note and CMR consignment note and turns them into an invoice ready to send.
- Test whether software can take a Czech dispatcher's phone calls, by running a prototype phone agent against recorded calls from the firms you sat with.

About this section
- What this shows
- A few concrete steps to start with.
- Why it matters to a builder
- They are cheap ways to learn whether buyers will pay, before you build much.
- Sit with five dispatchers at small trucking firms for a week, and log every call, delivery paper and invoice they handle. Pick firms with fewer than ten trucks, the size most Czech hauliers are, as The opportunity shows. Reach them through the load boards they already use to find loads, such as Timocom and Trans.eu. Count the hours per truck that go on calls, papers and invoices: that is what the office work costs a firm, and your price has to sit below it.
- Build the part that reads a delivered load's delivery note and CMR consignment note and turns them into an invoice ready to send. The driver photographs the papers where the load is delivered; the software reads them in Czech, drafts the invoice and hands it to the office to check and send. The Czech back office already on sale raises its invoices from the truck's tracking data rather than from the papers, and claims no certified digital format; see Market gap. Build that format in from the start, because authorities must accept certified digital freight papers from the date under Why now.
- Test whether software can take a Czech dispatcher's phone calls, by running a prototype phone agent against recorded calls from the firms you sat with. The closest foreign company already answers trucking firms' calls with AI phone agents, but it sells only in the US, as Validated abroad shows. The Czech back office already on sale does not answer the phone; see Market gap. If the prototype handles Czech calls well, that is what keeps foreign sellers out, and it becomes the second thing you sell.
- Ask two factoring firms that serve small hauliers to offer your software to the hauliers they already finance. A factoring firm buys a haulier's invoices so the haulier gets its cash early, so clean and complete papers make the factoring firm's own checks faster. Offer them a bundle priced per truck or per dispatcher seat that they can hand to their customers. Each haulier they bring is one you did not have to find yourself.
- Help trucking firms outside the big cities get half the price paid by the state grant for small-firm software. The grant pays half of what a small firm spends on software and IT in the areas run by local action groups, which leave out Prague and the larger towns; how much it pays is under Willing to pay, and when it closes is under Why now. Fill in the application as part of the sale, so the haulier pays half and deals with one supplier.
